Just had another great stay at Z hotel. Rooms been refurbished since I last stayed. Super fast WiFi in room and throughout hotel is a great improvement since my last visit. I really like this part of Chaweng. Right near an excellent part of the beach and great places to eat. Will defiantly be returning. The best value for money in Chaweng for sure

This hotel in Koh Samui is a great value for money option. The rooms are clean and spacious, equipped with TV and nice bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, being just a short walk away from the beach and close to the center of Chaweng. The beds are comfy and covered with well-presented bed linen. Plus, having AC in the rooms is a relief in the hot weather. Breakfast is included, providing a convenient start to the day.

No negative aspects, everything was satisfactory.

We traveled all over Thailand and this was the best value for money so far on our trip. WiFi was awesome, rooms were really nice with paintings on the wall and very comfortable. Can't fault the place really for the price. Staff were great and they let us check in 3 hours early which was a nice touch!

Breakfast not included in price but they do have a nice coffee shop downstairs which serves breakfast till late.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I liked the convenient location, as it was centrally located and allowed easy access to the main attractions of the island. there were two complimentary services offered that added value to our stay: free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and a delicious breakfast included in the room rate. Lastly, I particularly enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests.

There were a few aspects of our stay that I did not appreciate. the rooms were not well-maintained, with some issues such as malfunctioning toilets and low water pressure in the showers.

Big, clean, comfortable room right near the beach. Lovely little coffee shop downstairs. Staff were helpful and booked our speedboat to Ko Pangan for full moon. A lot nicer than other budget places we have stayed on this trip.

No lift but not that many stairs so was ok.

Nice clean comfortable room. Brightly painted with artwork on the walls. Wireless Internet was fast and free! Beach just 2 minutes away! Excellent Value for money.

Not a lot...had a tour operator desk in hotel which was good.

Bathroom was disgusting, the "cleaners" left a used bar of soap in our bathroom. Dint get any toilet roll when room was "cleaned"! Lighting in hotel was terrible. Doors open to hotel all night so random people can walk in, and there was no safe in room. It was a long walk to main strip. Wifi was not worth using and even the computers downstairs took an age to load web page

There were cheap, good-sized rooms with comfy beds. Everything was amazing, I loved that. The staff were affable and pleasant hole time of my stay. The whole experience was really good from start to finish, would recommend.
